Mr. Choate established this boutique firm after serving more than 23 years as in-house counsel to leading private and public companies engaged in planned community development, international resort development and management, hospitality franchising, and travel and tourism, including The Walt Disney Company, Cendant Corporation, RCI and II. He is a recognized expert on international resort development, vacation ownership, and private residence clubs, and he has served as a director of industry trade associations in the U.S., Singapore, and Malaysia.
